Refund Policy

1. General Policy - No Refunds
All payments made to Passerbot are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to any Passerbot plan, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees, whether partial or full, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Early cancellation of your subscription
- Unused portion of a billing period
- Dissatisfaction with the service
- Accidental purchase
- Change in business needs
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Passerbot billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew and your account will be downgraded.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of documented technical failure on our end that prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, offer a credit toward a future billing period. This is not a guarantee of a refund and will be evaluated individually.
4. Payments via Cashfree
All payments are processed securely through Cashfree. Once a payment has been captured by Cashfree, it cannot be reversed by Passerbot except as outlined in Section 3 above. Chargebacks or disputes filed with your bank or card issuer in contravention of this policy may result in suspension of your account.
