1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Passerbot service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Use License
Passerbot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your business purposes, subject to your chosen subscription plan.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the AI models or core platform.
- Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Attempt to bypass message limits or security barriers.
- Resell the service without explicit written permission.
3. Subscription & Billing
You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All fees are collected via Cashfree, our payment processor. Payments are non-refundable - please see our Refund Policy for full details. Failure to pay will lead to account suspension after a reasonable grace period.
4. Service Delivery
Passerbot is a cloud-based software service. Upon successful payment, access to your plan is granted immediately via your dashboard. There are no physical goods or delivery charges. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
5. Limitation of Liability
Passerbot is provided "as is". While we strive for high accuracy, AI systems can occasionally generate incorrect information. You are responsible for monitoring your bot's output. Passerbot shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
